Level 8 LIGHT Dragons into Rank 8s: Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon enables Tachyon Transmigration from hand (Counter Trap: negates every opposing card activated earlier in the chain and shuffles them back), plus Number 38 (Spell negate) and Number 90 (monster negate). Maestros adds Galaxy Defense Robot Orbital 7 (tribute from hand: add one Photon/Galaxy, send another), Galaxy-Eyes Photon Change Dragon and Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon - Photon Howling (negate all other face-up cards). The Mitsurugi hybrid uses Ame no Habakiri as extra Level 8s.
