Refunds

Membership ($25/month)

Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your account. You keep member access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.

Masterclasses ($49 each)

If a masterclass isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. We refund in full if you haven't substantially read it. After a refund the masterclass is removed from your account.

How to ask

Contact handtrap.net at [owner to add contact address] with the email on your account and what you bought. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
